A woman accesses HIV services at a HealthRight-run semi-mobile clinic in the town of Sigor in the West Pokot District of Kenya. While HealthRight has constructed an HIV clinic at a regional hospital serving a population of nearly 400,000, semi-mobile clinics bring treatment and support services to those living in impoverished and isolated communities, for whom a two-day trip to the hospital is not an option. In 2008, HealthRight expanded its services to three additional districts in the region.
