Joshua, 6 months, and his mother, Felicia, attend an outreach clinic near their home in Central Pokot.  Felicia is a local school teacher and Joshua is her third child.  She appreciates these local clinics because it means that she doesn't have to travel for hours on foot to reach a health facility.
